From the time I checked in, I went it to the room and there was an adjoining door My child that is 3 years old did not like that door I call front desk to ask to be switched to another room because my child did not like that door they said they were not able to change us because they were sold out and nothing can be done, I was highly upset because We did not like the room and was basically told we can leave and ask ******* to refund us. I drove over 2 hours to celebrate my childs birthday and on top of that I took pictures of how dirty the room was no one seem to care at front desk My family and I decided to check out early at 7am because we could sleep because we were so uncomfortable with the dirtiness and the mattress sinking in and the adjoining door. When we checked out at 7am they ask how was my stay and I said horrible they didn’t seem to care, what a waste of money I want to be contacted by a supervisor in regards to this horrible experience.

The stay was great! I have zero complaints regarding room and facilities. The only reason i did not give 10/10 was because of receptionist att check-in. She immediately asked for " ID and creedit card used to pay reservation". No, "Hi, welcome to Castaway Bay", which would have been more appropriate.
Aside from the poor welcome, everything else was great.

Rooms were basically like staying at a Motel 6. For the money they charge I expected a better room. I get you’re paying for the water park, but again for the price the rooms could’ve been nicer

House keeping is spotty and everything is damp in the morning (think sleeping in a tent.) Inconveniently the staff has to use the same slow elevator as guest to cart around dirty clothes and trash. If you can over look that, this place is great!

My room wasn’t ready, it didn’t look clean when it did get ready the pull out bed wasn’t made up. I’m really unhappy with this stay at castaway bay

Room wasn’t very clean. My daughter broke out in a rash from the water park. Everything is very expensive.

The hotel itself was fun and clean. The food options were great. The water park was excellent. We opted for the room with the bunk beds which we all loved. My kids (10 and 12)) had a blast! I saw reviews that cleanliness was an issue and I thought every area was very clean.
